I recently had to have my brand new 2025 F 150 worked on not happy with the situation. Then when I took the truck in everyone was fantastic. I was greeted by the service advisor and told what to expect. I was told I could wait, or they would get me transportation home. I choose to wait. Then both the service manager and even the owner checked in for a follow up to make sure I was being taken care of. When I bought the truck, they said that they would provide service. Today they proved it. Thanks to all.

Mclaughlin Ford service was very good, techs are courteous and friendly. They need to upgrade their customer waiting area to better accommodate folks waiting on their vehicles. There is only one table in the area with 4 chairs around and other chairs around the interior walls. There is no place to put a cup of coffee, etc., except on the floor or on the table with other customers. This waiting room needs to be updated and made more customer friendly.
