BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN'T COMPLETE YOUR CONTRACT! I Called today to see why my lender Navy Federal credit union has not received LIEN RELEASE! They are going to raise my interest rate if they don't receive it soon! I was told they were trying to get ahold of me! Really? I bought this escape in Feb 2025, and thIs the first contact I have had with them! So HILBISH FORD ALSO LIES TO YOU ABOUT CONTACTING YOU! HILBISH FORD claims they need the REGISTRATION FROM TRADE IN, which I included in the paperwork! THEY LOST IT AND I AM SUPPOSED TO REPLACE IT? NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I still don't have a REGISTRATION on my new car! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

Very pleased with the experience of buying my 2017 Ford Escape with Hilbish Ford.The sales person did not rush out to greet us as soon as we got of the car so this allowed me to look over all the used cars on the lot and by time I did that I was greeted by a very nice friendly salesman(Nick Corpening) that ask to help me. We took it for a test drive while Nick explained things to me and asking me what I had in mind to purchase. He helped me through the process of purchasing the vehicle.Then I met Andy in finance and he walked me through the financing process. I am very impressed with the service that I received and the fact jjthat Nick was not at all pushy but listened to what I was lookinf for.
