I took my truck at the set time and my truck was finished and no one let the supervisor know that it was ready so I set there for a hour and a half waiting and I had to ask was it ready I think their is no communication in the shop need to check it out

When I received a recall notice, I called Dane (my regular service advisor since going back to Smithfield). He pulled up the recall and offered a service where the tech comes right to the house instead of me making a trip to Smithfield. "Is there an extra change?" "No ma'am." He switched me over to Holly who put me on the schedule. She also got a reading for the battery and said she would have tech check that also. Today Peyton came out in the pouring down rain. There was room in the garage for him to stay dry while doing the battery change and computer update, He was excellent. I was appreciative of him explaining the battery status and he also gave me a copy of the reading. Then he did the update required for my Escape. After he finished, he answered our many questions about what all could be done by the mobile tech versus having to bring it to the dealer. We have two Ford products. Peyton was very polite and professional addressing us with ma'am and sir. FIVE STARS PLUS for this young man!! And thanks to Dane for offering this service to us and Holly for scheduling us.

The original cost of the vehicle was 55,000. I put 20,000 down on the vehicle which math says 55-20 = 35. The price of the vehicle was 65 after ADD ONS. IF THE MILEAGE IS UNDER WARRANTY AND IT COMES WITH FACTORY ITEMS FOR THE LIFE OF THE VEHICLE WHERE DID THE EXTRA 30 K COME FROM TO MAKE THE PRICE 65,000. I HAVE NOW BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS FIXED FOR A YEAR. THE DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN NO HELP OF COURSE THEY RECEIVED THE MONEY, WHY WOULD THEY FIX WHAT THEY KNOW IS I CORRECT? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER BRAND OF VEHICLE. THIS DEALERSHIP IS WORTHLESS TO FIXING WHAT THEY KNOW IS SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE.
