I had a in and out purchase i knew what I wanted. I drove 4 hours to look at the vehicle and it was a done deal. The dealership did delivery my truck to me the next day which was awesome. The only problem I have and still have is the spare key never came with the truck. I've waited two weeks for the key and the problem has not been resolved. I spoke to a sales manager but he had no idea of the situation with the key. He never got back with me. The salesman Anthony Johnson is wants me to wait on the mail after two weeks as a customer i shouldn't have to wait any longer to get this resolved. I've been patient but it wears thin after awhile. Once I get this key I may feel different but for now not happy. If I purchase a key it could cost over 200 and I want what's mine. THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST!!!!! The dealership made right what was my problem with the key situation I thank you for that and now I'd recommend them. The next time if things are mailed we get tracking numbers for both the dealer and customer. Mail is not always reliable and tracking numbers keep them in line.. Thank you for my second key.
Awesome experience. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and professional. No pressure sales just very pleasant and truly trying to make the car search a pleasant experience. I had been searching for a truck for about 3 months and found the Gladiator on Sanders Ford website. I contacted Abigail who arranged to have it available for me to see in Jacksonville. AJ moved the vehicle from Swansboro location and was very helpful. Zero pressure during my test drive. Steven the finance manager even beat Navy Fed as well as USAA financing. AJ actually offered and delivered my Jeep to me as I had driven from Wrightsville Beach. and did’t trade a vehicle. Thank you all for a great experience.
I called ahead and told them what I wanted. They set me up with an appointment and and had the vehicle ready for me to see. Liz made everything quick and easy and I was out of there with my new Ford Explorer ST.
