I brought my 2025 F150 in for an Oil Change & Tire Rotation, I mark my rear tires, it’s easy for me to see if they rotated have been rotated,, this is my 3rd time taking this truck to this dealership, the first time the tires were not rotated, the second time they were rotated and the 3rd time one side was rotated, this was verified by the Service Manager and service tech. I wonder how many people are paying for this service and not getting it, not only stealing money the tires are wearing unevenly. I like this dealership, the people are friendly but at least one service technician is not doing his or her job. I will not return to this dealership again. Be aware, mark your rear tires or rims.
