Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over my engine and then on the way home home it got all over my vehicle. They took my vehicle back the next day to clean it and it is still a mess they didn't clean anything. It is evident that they don't care about your investment because you spend 50 to 60 thousand so now that they have your money they could care less about helping you keep it appropriately maintained! They didn't even fill the oil completely so be aware! They should fix the problem that THEY created!!! If I was their boss they would all have been terminated immediately!!!!

Service department great. Sales department terrible. Sales personnel I dealed with totally clueless. After 3 weeks wait, wrong car arrived. Will continue to use service, but last trip for sales.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Sunbelt Ford , since moving to Americus a little over two years age. Good people, they are my dealership of choice.

Everyone was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile by trying to satisfy me and my husbands need. Explained everything well. I believe we made the right choice by coming to this dealership. Will choose this place again in the near future.

I bought a Ford Focus brand new and from the day I bought it its been giving me problems . I went to trade it for a Fusion they want to get me 9000. Dollars for my car when Sunbelt of Albany said of 11,000 . They are the ones who sold me a brand new lemon now they want me to be thousands in the hole . I went to Ford thinking they would give me a good deal because they are the one who sold me a car with a bad transmission yet they just wanna screw me over again . Never buy anything from Sunbelt .

The salesman that met me on the lot was not professional and was very pushy! He claimed he really needed my car as a trade in for another customer but he refused to give any type of trade in value. I determined he didn't need the car too badly. He claimed my only color choices for the car I was looking at was Black, Red, and Charcoal. I knew there was a white one sitting on another dealers lot. He indicated that Ford no longer made a blue color choice for any car. I know there is a blue color choice for the car I was looking at as Ford's website says there is one. I am a woman and don't know much about cars but I'm not completely stupid. The salesman also was asking me how he should act to me so that I will buy from him. Really?? If you have to ask your customer how to act to them you have already lost the deal. And Sir, to answer your question how about some straight up old fashioned truth and integrity.
