What Others Say

Patrick was outstanding to work with! He walked me through every step and I never felt like I was being pressured or treated poorly. The process was so smooth and he even delivered the car to me in Charleston because of my work schedule. Walterboro Ford is doing things right and made the car buying experience so enjoyable.

Patrick makes the car buying expirence quick and simple. Walked out of there feeling like I got a fair deal and a fair price. Even went back to buy a second car from him

First and foremost, Nikki Pope is an excellent salesperson. She respected my wishes of not being upsold and was very upfront about what she knew of the vehicle. I flew in from out of state as we found the vehicle on the Carfax website & the dealership picked me up in Charleston. Tim was a great driver and host. But make sure you do your homework. The 3 yr / 3000 mile warranty they offer is useless to us as we would have to drive the car all the way back to SC if there was a problem. How do you drive a car with an issue over 3 states to get it fixed? Their finance guy was more than happy to try and upsell me a couple of warranties that would alleviate the return trip. After I refused those, THEN he filled me in that since this vehicle only has 11,000 miles on it, I still have the factory warranty in place which calculated to be the next 3 years or 49,000 miles. Also, look over the body closely as the basic water spots on the top surface (I assumed from them washing the vehicle for sale pickup) turned out to be much more when I got home and will not come out. They are IN the clearcoat and IN the decals. Not sure if it is hard water damage or something else but I'm not sure I can remove them. I have no recourse on this as the finance guy was VERY adamant that once I drove it off the lot, I assumed ALL issues. If you see spots on your purchase, make them wash it again. To someone who can't cut/polish clearcoat on your own, this will cost you a fortune. Nikki and Tim saved this review from being a 1 out of 5.

Pierce was so very nice and pleasant to deal with. Dutch was easy going and explained everything so well. Great dealership to do business with. Highly recommended

Pierce was very easy to work with. He made the entire experience easy and comfortable. He answered every question we asked and helped us become familiar with the controls.

There were a few hiccups at first , but the team at Walterboro Ford made it right. Thanks Ryan, Ryan, and Pierce
