Always a quality experience , Shirey has the most direct honest helpful staff out there mostly 5 star customer service at Shirey that keeps me coming here. These folks help you take care of your car , they dont rob or take advantage quite the opposite, I find them to be consistent honest brokers over 7 years in these confusing days of lies

My experience with Shirey Cadillac was unsettling the service attendants were great sales manager very un professional after bringing in my car three separate occasions for a check engine light never rectified I had a air conditioner compressor replaced for 1700 dollars to find a day later that I also needed a hose that connected to the compressor after having the compressor replaced a full pressure test and vac should be performed obviously they weren’t because I was quoted 1700 dollars for a pin hole in a hose that cost 140 dollars 155 dollars for the refrigerant the other 1400 dollars was for service hours to put the hose on. I opted not to go with the service after the price kept fluctuating for no apparent reason other than to do me a disservice when I came to retrieve my car I noticed damage done to my car I was debated with that the damages were already there for about 25 minutes until pictures were retrieved from there I pad then there was an admission of fault but no apology I was told nonchalantly to bring it back on Monday they would take care of it as if they were doing me a favor so I’ll let you be the judge of If this is some where you would take your Cadillac for service when I expressed my experience with the manager he told me that he didn’t care if I wrote a bad review and left me in the hot parking lot as he walked away hollering he didn’t care and cursing something else under his breath. So I gave time for a follow up to see if anyone would reach out a week later nothing I guess I don’t matter when it comes to Shirey Cadillac

They are always kind and courteous and they go above and beyond every time. Brian and Gale are the best. This past time, Brian took care of me and he was honest and very helpful.

A stress-free experience during a time when I was dealing with the loss of a close family member. I only had 2-3 days to spare for the repair and Bryan in the Service Department made it happen.

This is a very dishonest dealership. We are faithful Cadillac owners and we felt very discriminated against. Not only did service lie about our diagnosis, they altered the receipt to reflect services not rendered. During our dispute, we reached out to Mr. Shirey and his assistant Olga via phone and email and they never acknowledged our concerns. When we contacted corporate, Shirey Cadillac had the audacity to threaten us with storage fees for having our vehicle there while they couldn't figure out the issue. If you're looking for a dealership with integrity, DON'T go to Shirey Cadillac. They're only trying to get you in a new car, not properly repair your vehicle. You're welcome in advance!

I was at the Certified Pre-Owned location, the staff was very courteous, responded to every question (and I had many) with great details and made me feel very welcome. :) I didn't feel rushed to make a decision, besides I already knew which vehicle I wanted from viewing the internet. The pictures and information were very detailed (a non-smoker's vehicle), which allowed me to make an informed decision and I didn't have to keep scrolling/digging for the data I needed. Other dealerships need to pay attention to the customer service offered at Shirey Cadillac, whether via the internet or in-person.
