I purchased a 2010 Tundra from Sunrise Collierville. I was assured by the Salesman Colby in writing that the truck had no leaks "Dry as a bone" before I even test drove it. This was a lie!!! 2 weeks later on a quick trip to Atlanta it starting running hot. I made it there and straight to a Toyota Dealership, where it was diagnosed with a massive coolant leak! This originated from the valley plate seal, a failure that doesn't just happen. It had been leaking for a very long time, the technician showed me the gunk build up on top of the engine where it had been leaking, Not just for 2 weeks. I called Colby because I was now stuck in Atlanta with no way home and a $3,000 repair. He said there was nothing they could do, but he would ask his manager. I even offered to split the cost with Sunrise Collierville, no go. He reached out later to say the same thing. He wouldn't connect me to his superior ever and said he would fight for me, he did not. I had to get back to Memphis and wait a week for my truck to be fixed. Now I am out travel expenses as well. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You will regret it. This Deceptive and fraudulent practice is the top line of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. My attorney is preparing to fight this on principle.

Bought brand new truck. Called next day to tell them it was missing 4 screws on the tailgate. Sales team said bring it in anytime and they would quickly take care of it. When I returned it service rep said leave it for 3-5 days and they would get to it. Spoke with the GM and he said I will make a call and get back to you in about a half an hour. Never heard from him again. Stopped by Lowe’s hardware on the way home and bought the 4 screws for $6 went home and put them on myself in less than 10 minutes. Terrible service even poorer leadership to not call back as promised.

Had brakes front and rear 116000 miles. Got scheduled oil and filter with tire rotation at 138,000 miles brakes were checked in green box went back at 143,000 oil change and nothing said about brakes. At 144,000 plus herd front pad noise made appointment service writer called me said I needed front brake job with new rotors cost $1244.52 and needed new oil cooling hose that was leaking $600.00 both prices outrageous. I ask what if I came and picked it up I was told cost me $200 I told him go ahead and declined the oil cooling line. I called another shop I used years ago they said $500 with new rotors called sunrise back to pick up Tahoe he said I couldn’t they had started on repair. I grew up drag racing and had always done all my mechanic work and haven’t found the leak in cooling hose. The brake job at 116,000 lasted 28,000 miles. You can get me once but not twice
