Mike was very informative and patient with me. I’ve never owned a Lexus before and Mike took the time to not only tell about the different models, he also took the time to show me all of the models on the lot. I never once felt rushed, and I also never felt pressured into buying a car before I was ready. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had. I’ll be bringing my husband back to buy his new Lexus soon!
Car is now running nicely. But, I think it still may be pulling to the right.
