The dealership has changed ownership several times in recent years. The current line up is HORRIBLE! The service manager in particular. He insulted my wife and lied about the work he did to my vehicle. My brand new vehicle, I'd only had for six months was requiring repairs. Based on what I've seen I would not buy or have anything serviced from these people they are incompetent and rude. Makes me regret buying a having traded a Hyundai for a Ford.
Bought a new 2016 Ford Fusion. Not once did I ever get call thanking us for buying a car from them. We have not gotten any offers for us doing our service work their as well. Stay!! We feel once the sale is made they don't really care if they see you again.
Very helpful, friendly, quick service. Would use again and will tell everyone how great they were. Couldn't have asked for more. They take the extra steps to make your experience wonderful.
