I rarely purchase cars. They gave me a good deal on the Escape I purchased in 2013. Right now, their inventory on the lot is very low. Their service department has become overworked and has lengthy delays in booking appointments for everything including routine service. The technicians do good work, but getting into their shop usually requires some waiting.
