First I would say that I am not to good at technology and when I made my appointment on line choose a tire rotation. For my good luck I went to the right place and Christopher Curtis understand me and did his best to help me and change my tire. I really appreciate Christopher great customer service. Excellent Service from Linda Edward! I recently purchased my car through Linda .From the moment I walked into the dealership, Linda was friendly, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain every detail about the car, financing options, and warranty coverage. What really stood out was her honesty. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I went in for my 30000 mile service and was very pleased with the total service I received this time. Tara Farmer took very good care of my service needs and the auto technician worked quickly and got my car out quicker than they ever did especially compared to the last time I was there. Because of Tara I will be back!
The service provider Chris was great. I have a company car and the Fleet company that approves service is called “Wheels”. “Wheels” is very challenging to work with. You can never get a live person on the phone and when submitting online for approval it could take HOURS for them to get back to the service provider and approve or deny. This really jams up the service line. And makes the customer wait for up to like 3 hours. - this was none of Germain Toyota’s fault. But, Chris was great. He was honest .. straightforward and understanding. Even with the challenges with “Wheels” he still provided the best customer service and experience that he was able to do. A very honest hard working professional.
Linda Edwards was our sales rep and she was pleasant and straightforward in her dealings. In particular, she spent a very long time with me after the purchase explaining very clearly and thoroughly the various navigational and other technical options and how to set everything up. If I were to buy another car from this dealer, I would request that Linda Edwards be who I dealt with.
