I brought in my 2007 SAAB Aero 9-3 for its annual inspection. Always, the waiting room was spotless, air-conditioned, and water was available for customers. The service call was handled by a long-time employee, Toby Collins. Professional, and advising me about things that may, in the future, need tending to. Purchased a used 2019 MKZ with 53000 miles. Auto in excellent condition. Great comfortable ride. Previously owned a 2017 MKZ . Dealer was very good to work with in reaching a deal.
