When I say that this is a place that you have to come back to once you’ve been here I mean it! I stopped in a few months ago with a unique situation and an urgent need to replace my vehicle. Ed in finance took his time to educate me on what would be the best solution for my current situation. It’s honestly beautiful when someone takes the time to teach you something and helps you to make not just a decision in their favor, but an educated choice. I had left still contemplating whether I wanted to move forward but after a few months and being chased by other hungry dealerships, who still weren’t even offering anything close to what Ed had taught me I inevitably returned to Shakers. While just browsing the lot with my husband, Nick from sales greeted us with a smile and explored various vehicles with us that would be to our liking.
