Very nice establishment, professional staff, no run around. Modern Nissan appreciates their customers and gives lots of complimentary services. Made me feel like they understand buying a car is big purchase.

This review is mainly about the Finance department. Typically I don't write either negative or positive reviews but I am forced to do so by this dealership. I have bought my leased EV from this dealership in December 2021. The finance department did two things wrong, 1. They charged the buyout price higher than it was supposed to be (as per Nissan finance documents). So I did follow up with Nissan finance and dealership (sales) back and forth and still waiting for the reimbursement check. 2. The other main issue is, while buying the car, I was told that I have to order a new plate since my existing plate expires in Jan 2022, which is less than 60 days. So, we did the paperwork accordingly for a new plate and got a 30-day temporary plate. In late January, I was told multiple times by the dealership that I'll receive the new plate in the mail, which I haven't gotten. So on Jan 31st (30-day registration expiration day), I went to the DMV office to inquire. I was told by the DMV officer that no new plate was ordered for my car. I have called the dealership for clarification (left VM). Since no one returned my call and don't know what to do, I went ahead paid for new plates at the DMV office so that I won't have an expired plate. Later when I have sent an email to a Finance manager at this dealership, I got a reply back mentioning that they did complete the registration on the old plate, which is more confusing. He constantly replied back the same even though I was replying to him that the paperwork was done for the new plate. The bottom line, it seems they made me double-pay the registration fees. After numerous tries, I was able to reach 'Staci' from the Finance department who finally agreed that they have made a mistake, but agreed to reimburse only a small portion of the fees. When I have asked back for more clarification, she stopped replying to my emails. I haven't received the reimbursement check yet. I don't know whether the Owner of this dealership takes pride in his dealership, who from this dealership will check these reviews or take it seriously, but I have added this review to raise awareness on the negligence at this dealership, financial loss, and inconvenience that they have caused to me.

Everyone at the dealership is wonderful! ESPECIALLY Amani Robinson! He did a fantastic job helping me buy my new Nissan Rogue! I would definitely recommend!

I purchased my car and before I got home check engine light is on. Two trips to service department and check engine light is still on! Not a good experience at all.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Robert Lahr and Stacie in the internet department were fantastic. I highly recommend them. I drove almost 200 miles to purchase from them. Give them a call or stop by. You will be glad you did.

Gil seemed to understand just what I needed. I traded a Frontier Pro4x for a Rogue mainly for about twice the gas mileage. It was hard to go from a pickup back to a car after having trucks for 30 plus years but Gil made the experience great
