The dealership paid for an Uber Black to transport me from the O'Hare to the dealership. The paperwork was simple. Matt explained all the details of the transaction and informed me of the incentives and financing options. The pricing was reasonable. The vehicle was detailed, prepped, and charged as promised. A specialist synched the vehicle to my phone and I was on my way home in 90 minutes. That must be a record for a complete auto purchase including financing. I highly recommend this dealership for the staff's speed, accuracy, courtesy and thoroughness. I met several of the staff, including the finance, sales and general managers. All were polite and friendly. Matt, by the way, is the person to see for M-series vehicles. I understand he is nationally recognized for his expertise in the M-cars.
