From the moment I walked in, he was laid back, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping rather than pushing a sale. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, which made the entire process comfortable and straightforward. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and thorough Keith was. He took the time to walk me through every detail of the Maverick, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood the vehicle inside and out before I left.
