The Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale service department is exceptional. I have five different cars that I service there, and occasionally have issues which they are able to resolve in short order. The service advisor, Joe Esquerra, is always very responsive. It keeps me updated to the progress. when resolving issues. Their partner, Prime Time towing, is always on time with the cleanest trucks and have never had any the issues with loading and unloading the car. Truly a great experience all around.
