I have been bringing my F8 Spider to Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale for a while now. Just had a big service done and Cesar took care of everything, same as always. He keeps me updated, explains all issues and how to address them and how to help keep the car running like its first mile. When an issue came up, he got it handled immediately. The techs know the cars but the Service Advisor provides service beyond any other dealer experience I have ever experienced; Cesar Valdez is the best I've dealt with.
