Farzan is a very knowledgeable salesman with a no pressure no nonsense way of conducting business.
I add the car with this dealership for few years and i can tell they have a very good service
they were very easy to work with made an appointment with me immediately to bring my car in for service. They had it delivered to my office about 40 minutes away after servicing and Michael was excellent to deal with.
Mr. Cue was excellent and did a very good job explaining the issues with my vehicle. However, I was disappointed with the dealer, that despite my car being at the dealership for nearly two weeks, a loaner or rental vehicle was not offered or available. Providing only an Uber ride home was not a sufficient solution for a service visit of this duration.
Farzan and his manager Jack gave me such an incredible experience in the way they helped me find the most perfect Ferrari SF90 Spider. The time and effort they put in over the last few months I can only say was very special. Never have I experienced this in all my years looking forward and purchasing a car.
Great communication and customer service. Time to inspect vehicle and complete repairs can be improved. Overall a good experience.
