Have been using McGovern ford for the last 3 years.. I keep going back because of the great customer service. My service advisor Lisa Rapoza has to be by far the best service advisor I have had for over 55 years of having my cars serviced at different dealerships. She listens to your issues then carefully goes over them with you to make sure she understands exactly what the issue is. What a great asset she is to this dealership. She was able to get my car up and running in such quick and efficient manner when I thought I could be without my car for weeks. Thanks Lisa great job!!
