I’ve long felt that cars sell themselves, I look at service and how a dealership services a customer. I’ve struck gold, though I have started to wonder if I’ve purchased a “lemon”. My Ford Escape has had two major problems and the teams at the Townsend dealership have been awesome. The engine replacement and most recently the transmission replacement have been handled with professionalism and consideration to me, the customer and the associated issues. Took my truck to Townsend Ford for a recall on the air bag system they installed shields for the air bags that are under the head liner.l would not know had been worked on. Looks good as new. Very good job, I am really happy.
