ONCE AGAIN MATT IN SERVICE SAVES THE DAY !!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE SPENT 5-6 HOURS, WASTED TIME, TRYING TO TALK TO SAMSUNG, AT&T, ON-STAR AND OTHER GMC DEALERSHIPS TO FIND OUT WHY MY NEW 2022 YUKON ISN'T PAIRING WITH MY NEW SAMSUNG Z FOLD 4 PHONE.......... NONE OF THESE IDIOTS COULD TELL ME ANYTHING....... MATT, THANKFULLY - VERY APPRECIATIVELY - DISCUSSED PROBLEMS WITH ME AND RESEARCHED AND FOUND OUT THE DEFINITIVE ANSWERS IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. Wow! I just about gave up on this dealership because of the response on 3 calls with 3 different salespeople. Typical New Yorker that I am, I got angry and wrote a slamming email. Low and behold.... Joe responds promising me the world. Yeah right. He apologized for his coworkers and said he would do it all and make it happen. Called me back about 4.2 minutes later and said I have your truck parked right outside my office. I said I'd be there in about 90 minutes after he told me I did not have to go the the showroom but to come back to the commercial vehicle building. OK, I'll bite. We ran down, met with Joe, saw the truck (the other 3 sales reps told me it was gone, sold, off the lot) and amazingly enough, here it was. All it took was someone to get up off their butt, walk the lot, find the truck, call the person that ordered it to see if they still wanted it and voila, they said no so guess what? We are driving a new 2020 GMC Sierra that took less that 2 hours from arrival to closing, signing off on the deal and out the door. I bought a truck from them in 2019, at the main dealership and it took over 6 hours, several arguments and me walking out with the sales manager chasing me. Sooooo if you need a truck or ANY vehicle, call Joe. He can sell a car, truck, whatever and you will be handled so much better in the commercial department/building than you ever will in the main building where the sales reps are either to lazy to look or they are killing and fighting amongst themselves to get you. GO JOE! I have ordering 5 more trucks in the upcoming year for our business and Joe said he can take orders starting May 27th and from now on... it is Joe. CALL JOE - avoid the issues with the main office!!!! Great deal, explains everything, works the deal to the customers best interests and I learned some valuable information from him. He takes the time to make sure you have everything you need and all your questions answered. Old School service!!!!! Your survey below is sorely lacking though. It will not let me post until I select make but you only list Buick and Chevrolet? We bought a GMC!

My family bought a Buick yesterday, he was so friendly and helpful. He helps a lot of customers at the same time, he’s busy but still make us comfortable and gave us a good price, too.

Tyler was amazing when I went to dealership this past weekend. He did not pressure me and genuinely was making sure that me needs were first!! Highly recommend this young man and this dealership!!

Dale was awesome. He answered all our questions and made buying a truck a wonderful experience. Wr have more cars to buy in the future and I will come to Dale.
