Ryan was great to work with. I knew what I wanted when I went in and it was appreciated that Ryan wasn't there to upsell or move me into something we didn't want. This was our second new car from Pappas and Ryan could sense that. So it was very non pushy and easy from start to finish on a car Ryan tracked down (being built). We waited 4 weeks before the car would be ready. What I was impressed with was how much he new of the instruments in the in the new car. I already had a car with the same instrument panel but my wife was a little more unfamiliar with it. Ryan was awesome at breaking everything down and going through every option on that car. Kudos Ryan!!

I have worked with Brett on two vehicles. Brett has made each of the experiences rather easy and is great at explaining on the nuisances when it comes to buying a new car. There is a reason we want back to Pappas outside of just looking for another Toyota. Would recommend.

If you’re looking for a dealership that is reliable and a dream to work with, this is the one. My salesman was quick and happy to answer any questions I had. Everyone there was so nice, happy to help, and overall a blessing to work with! I could not have asked for a better experience!

Although this is not the dealers fault, there needs to be more cars available to at least test drive. Having them in stock rather than having to order them would also be much better.

Super friendly, no nonsense. As someone who's been in the car business forever, it was nice to feel like a person and not a sale.
