What Others Say

Awful, just awful experience. From the car drop off, paperwork was missing, took several days to get the paperwork to me to complete. They never paid off the bank for over 20 days and only after contacting sale manager then the GM was the bank paid off. 38 days after the sale I contact the dealership to ask about registration. Apparently they didn’t even send it off even though Larry the GM told me it was taken care of and DMV are behind. Temp plates have run out, so I can’t even inspect the car, therefore I’m not able to drive it. Lies after lies, excuses after excuses. From sales to finance to GM. Nothing but covering their tracks after this sale was mismanaged. This isn’t even over yet. Waiting to see if between them can find the competence to fix this and make it right before I refer this to agencies that manage deceptive business practices.

I drove 2 hours to trade my truck and buy a newer F150. The process was flawless and the transfer went well. I gave them my truck and title and paid the balance. I asked about when I would receive my registration and was told it will take a couple days. I emailed Zachary on the 3rd day regarding the registration with no response. On day 7, I checked in with the registry to see if it was registered and I just hadn't received the copy yet but no the registry still had my old truck registered under the plates on my new truck. so as of 5pm on day 7 I cannot legally drive my new truck without a registration or an inspection. The price was right, the process was good but I would not recommend NuCar of Lebanon when they just can finish the deal. It is unfortunate because now I have a truck that I cant drive heading into the weekend. . GREAT JOB NUCAR. Finally on day 11 an envelope from Nucar was delivered from Fdex. Expecting my registration but the envelope was filled with all the paperwork that needs to go to the registry along with a check reimbursing me for the sales tax, title and registration. Why they didn't just come out and tell me that I would need to register the truck instead of the d**k dance is beyond me. Vehicles are priced right but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. One star may be too much!

Terrible parts experience, tried telling me that parts.ford.com is a third party site that only 'looks' official, and when that conversation went nowhere, stated that Nucar policy is to not price match. Charged me well more than MSRP for an OEM hitch, I will never be back here. Do not waste your time buying parts from these guys, just skip the dealer and buy direct from OEM.

Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals.

When I was purchasing a vehicle 4 years ago, I started at Lebanon Ford. They had recently taken over the dealership and were local. The atmosphere reminded me of a high school locker room. I bought somewhere else. When it came time to buy out my lease, I went back to Lebanon Ford for another try. I walked out when the paperwork included a $500 "lease turn in fee" plus a $300 "doc fee". I reviewed my lease contract and called Ford. I do not have a $500 buy out fee. The doc fee is at the whim of the dealership. I went back, explained I did not have a fee and requested to complete the transaction. The F&I guy actually snubbed me. Overtly. After waiting over 90 minutes, I left. After a couple of days, I called the Dealership and left a message for John (F&I) that I could come at a time of his choosing. No response. When I was scolded by Ford for going over my lease, I explained my 3 attempts to complete the transaction at Lebanon Ford. She offered to call the Dealership. After a day or 2 of still no response, I went in again. The Salesman was gracious and helpful, John not so much. He did finally process the transaction. Tersely. The only cause for the treatment that I can think of is for calling out the extra $500 fee; and that has it's own implications.... The upside is that all encounters with the Sales floor was very pleasant this time. I'm not sure I dare to try the service department.

Service was great for four years thanks to Phil. Lebanon Ford Sales is a total different story. The sales department doesn't want to deal with anyone who has knowledge of trade-in value or purchasing an new vehicle about MSRP. March 2022 I went in talked to the Sales manager 4 times in four days about ordering a new F250 Lariat crew cab with the ultimate package etc. The Sales manager never got the correct options or got back to me. So I ordered a new Exact truck I wanted from Irwin Automotive Group that will be here in August 2022. Which Lebanon Ford said takes 6-8 months. Unfortunately they're the only local Ford dealer close by so they don't think people with drive 60 mile radius to get treated like a customer with respect. This F250 2022 would of been our 4th new vehicle in 5 years all $50,000 + each. I will no longer do business at Lebanon Ford. I will no longer recommend their Sales or service because of their sales personnel. PS I have all emails and my NEW truck order # which is now scheduled for production. Have a great day.
