I found everyone that I was in contact with , very friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable of their job!
Nelson was our salesman. The vehicle we purchased was in great condition and the deal felt fair. There was confusion between finance and Nelson about a part of our deal - window tint was offered in the negotiation. But Nelson made sure we got what we negotiated for, very honorable!

So far my wife and I have been very pleased With our experience with the purchase of our new car, but it doesn’t end there. It’s the services after the purchase that are most important. We set up an appointment for somebody to teach us all the different things that a car will do all the new electronics that was a very pleasant experience and thus far I’ve had one experience with your service department, which also was surprisingly very good experience young lady there made us feel like she really cared
In the past 34 months my family have purchased 5 new cars from Jenkins. Even though there were a few bumps along the way, we will continue to do business with Jenkins. The main issues we have is it taking 4-5 hours to complete a deal and even when you have a scheduled appointment for maintenance it takes 2-4 hours to get your car back.
