Beautiful facility, courteous staff and Mike Dilllenburg did a great job presenting and demonstrating the Palisade Caligraphy we purchased. Mr. Ousley was a little too pushy in trying to sell us an extended warranty package. Other than that, the entire experience was probably the easiest auto buying experience I have ever had.
