Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly... BUT the service manager and mechanic will lie and sabotage to get business. As disappointing as that was, the work performed, however, was decent (after the sabotage) and is backed by a warranty, but the lack of integrity will more than likely keep me from returning. Honesty would've kept me returning... even if the work costed more than competitors. Trust goes a long way in great service.

My husband and i had the please of meting Margie, and her sister Lavern. These two ladies make the process so easy. I would say they are the Beautiful faces of Pearson Infinite on Midlothian Tnpk. Both these ladies took there time with us. explained every detail and the process that paperwork that they would take us through. They helped us walked out with out dream Luxury Vehicle QX80. I would recommend asking for them both. They are a Blessing from the begging of the process to the end of it.

We just bought our 4th Infiniti, from Kenny at Pearson Infiniti. They gave us all the numbers on text. My husband is always busy and they gave us the car overnight so i can show it to him.
