Went in for service on my Corolla, decided to hear them out on trade in offer. Accepted & got AWD Corolla Corolla Cross.

They were friendly and tried to be reassuring. Kevin was particular kind and Marcos in finance was a great help.
Oni was very knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed working with her. The process for purchasing is still a little long and the push from Finance to purchase extended warranties is a bit troubling. We purchase Toyotas because of the quality and hearing stories about all the electrical and mechanical breakdowns is a bit worrisome. Still, the experience is way better than it use to be.
