Bryan was great he went above and beyond to show us several cars showed us a lot of the options on the car we chose including paring my phone to the car ,showing me some of how to run the radio. He even injured his leg pulling the tag and trailer hitch ball off my car .Brian answered all our questions without making me feel dumb on all the new technology ln the newer car..Bryan made the whole experience easier. I like your commercials .

Mark Allen cares about his customers and ensures they are taken care of by hiring great staff. I will not use another dealership. They always treat me with respect and listen to what my needs are. If I have had an issue, the experience manager has stepped in to remedy the issue. Mark Allen puts action behind what he says and I appreciate his integrity.
The first time I took my car into them, June 10th made appointment had it there by 9:00 AM .was told the tech didn’t have time to look at my car. Very upset ,that I had to drive there so early, and then was told it would not be looked at that day. So I made another appointment for June 24th and we took it in Monday evening (June22 ) so there was no issue with time . And then was told they didn’t find anything wrong , so I took my car home !
Very easy to deal with. They helped me out in thing I didn’t know about the car. Very pleased. I will shop here again
Chance, the salesman and Jackson, the manager were both very helpful and accommodating. Chance worked very hard at getting us a car that would fit our family and lifestyle. This is the 2nd car I’ve purchased from Mark Allen in Collinsville and I highly recommend them!
