Awesome service!! Keep doing what you are doing. Nick (service writer) and Jr ( diesel mechanic) are both great. Plus the place is very clean inside, the lady that does the cleaning in the mornings does a great job.
Know his cars, nice to buyers, very pleasant, friendly, not pushy, honest, concerning, helpful, great guy.
Everything was great but it did seem like they tried to lowball us on the trade in value. Justin was friendly and did an excellent job.
Very friendly and outgoing, quick prompt service, service writer took excellent care of us, highly recommend Mark Allen to anyone looking for a new vehicle purchase.
Vehicle was serviced and tires rotated. Vehicle was also checked for a stutter when accelerating and no issues found. Service was completed in a timely manner.
We were very pleased with the entire buying process. Terry was a great salesman and the finance guy (I think Lindsey was his name) was awesome as well. We would buy from Mark Allen again.
