What Others Say

Do not buy from here! They will sell out car from under you when deposit is in place to hold car. Then they state that I can still buy the car, but is forcing me to buy warranty.

When you look up fraud this is the first dealership that pops up. They sell severely damaged cars , put duct tape on them , illegally clean titles, sell them to consumers and don’t disclose the massive amount of damage. Stay far away from this place

We got My daughter first car it was a quick process And a good deal.

We purchased this vehicle outright, and the check engine came on as soon we left the dealer. I had it scanned, and many codes popped up, meaning they unplugged the battery to clear all codes. After re-scanning it, we had two main issues with Catalyst System Bank 2 and Turbocharger Bypass Valve 2. My gut told me to go to the dealer so they wouldn't just clear codes and send me back. I took it to the dealer as Eddie said to me that with this insurance, he was prising so much we could go to the dealer at any time, and they did all diagnostics, and the total to get it all fixed came to over 6K :-( It's disappointing that the 'mandatory' insurance, strongly recommended by the dealer, does not cover any of these significant issues. This lack of coverage has added to my dissatisfaction with the situation. When I contacted Eddie first, he asked why you went there. I would diagnose it for you for free, and he assured me that they would 'take care of it.' The car was there for over two weeks, and they said they took it to the same dealer I did before to diagnose it again, even after I gave them a copy of my diagnostic report. Then Scott told me that the Turbocharger Bypass Valve connector was the culprit and was throwing the other code in. I do not think so, but who am I to tell a guy what? He said he is waiting on a part, and the car will be done in a few days. I got it back a few days later with the connector glued up and not changed to a new one as it should be, and that was the only thing that had to be done with this issue that the dealer priced for $159.42 - they showed me a bogus invoice for over $600.00. For what a drop of super glue????? They erased the codes again, which, of course, came back. Now, I have to take it to the dealer and spend over 6k to get it to work. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I wish I read all the reviews as I'm dealing with the same crap other people were dealing with too.

As far as I am concerned this is THE PLACE to buy a car and have it financed. I really appreciate that they went the "extra mile" to get things done. Everyone I met was supportive and not just because they wanted me to buy. Good people.

Recently I purchased a vehicle from Autos Of Chicago in Downers Grove and my experience was very good I would recommend them to others because they were helpful, courteous and I didn't experience any unpleasant issues.
