I can't say enough about this dealership. My wife and I were not sure what kind of car we wanted this go round and wanted to test drive everything. We worked with Dino and Matthew and they were two of the not nicest salespeople but nicest people I have ever worked with buying a car. They were patient, kind and very knowledgeable about their products. They made my wife comfortable buying a car which is a feat in itself. The management and finance guys were excellent too. They stayed late and made it feel like they would have stayed all night to make it right for us. If you need a car, especially a Cadillac this is the place to go....hands down.
Had routine maintenance performed in February and July. Work was completed satisfactorily but communication difficulties with the staff. Two emails to Service Dept mgr Kevis Tanner June 24th 9:14am and July 14th 5:27pm; no response to either. Two emails to service advisor Dionne Hodge July 14th 5:44pm and July 17th 12:56pm; no response to either. And the emails were not complaints; I was trying to arrange for additional services and correct a mileage error on my CarFax report. And good luck attempting to make a service appointment on the website or by phone.
Dino Hill was the best salesman ever !!! Very friendly and courteous! Highly recommend!! The Best !!
Salesman, Dino Hill, is the best sales representative, and he could definitely teach a master class in customer service. He is professional, educated about Hennessy's products, inventory, and services. He had a unique way of following up with me with humor, interest and care, but he was never pushy or made me feel that he was just concerned with making a sale. Dino made my purchase experience at Hennessy most enjoyable and a rewarding.
Salesman Dino Hill, was very professional, courteous, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable about all!
