Our rep Beau greeted us at the front door. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me a car I fell in love with. When it came to price negotiations Beau was very honest, receptive and worked hard to get us the best deal. I am happy with the outcome and enjoying my new car. I had an exceptional experience bringing my car in for service, all thanks to my service advisor, Michele Dessert. From the moment I arrived, she’dwas prompt, friendly, and extremely professional. Unlike other shops where you feel pressured, Michele took the time to clearly explain what maintenance was actually required, provided a transparent breakdown of the costs, and never tried to push unnecessary upsells. My car was ready right on time as promised.

Awesome experience while purchasing a vehicle from Crown! Joey Sutnick was fantastic! He provided the info I needed promptly and a great deal. Love his attn to details and very knowledgeable sales rep, especially providing personalized video to show the vehicle on the lot. Didn't need to be there. No pressure needed and didnt spam my phone/email throughout the process. Excellent work on the sell and pricing. They get it when it comes to customer service! Really!
