The service representative (Chris Davila) explained clearly the problem causing overconsumption of oil and discussed with me my options. He is patient and thorough. I also appreciated that he remembered clearly past interactions with him. I was, as usual, treated very well. The service area is more comfortable, clean, and well-provisioned for customers like me who wait for their cars.
