twice now, I have purchased a vehicle from McFarland Ford in Rochester NH, and twice now, I have been very pleased with the experience. Nice people, no smoke and mirrors, no trying to upsell...just all-around good folks to deal with. Matt Knezevic is a great salesman and is good humored, easy to relate to and talk to and has a great sense of humor. Puts his pants on same as we all do. Mason Moore in Finance was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork and the umpteen places that needed signatures. Again, straightforward, no tricky-talk or evasiveness. If ever there was a guy that made you feel good about signing the next 3, 4, 5 or 6 years of your financial life away, Mason is the man! :-) Frank Montmarquet in Service has been great to deal with as well. Lays it out straight and makes sure you understand what service will be performed and how much it will be, in a manner that is not intimidating or in a way that makes you think the wool is being pulled over your eyes (like some places do). Shopping for cars used to be my favorite blood sport, but now I am sorta glad it is not like the 1980's & 90's anymore. McFarland does it right. So long corner man and referee.
Excellent work. My only concern is that I could have arranged leaving my car if changes in design were given to dealership when parts were ordered.
