She was polite, professional and super helpful. She guided me throughout the entire process. Just a great person to work with.
Pleasant but I will say that the salesmen need to know about the cars they are selling better. Eric didn't know about the technology in the kia I bought and he had several days to read up on it before I came in
Took a week to figure out the problem. That's the only drawback I had with fixing my car.

Well organized, professional. Cares enough to help me keep my car's service up-to-date with emails and texts to remind me to keep up to date. Service appointments are efficient and I appreciate the recap of my vehicle at the end, most of the time. I spent time with Harold looking at new SUVs and AWD vehicles. My car was ready during that period so when I went to finish the service appt and pay, he was waiting on a customer and as I waited, another client approached as well. He handled me efficiently and walked me to my car
