Thank Mr. Frost for this, since he understand VIP clients and make me understand that it was not 100% their fault on the new car sale and trade in of RV and Jeep2018 Wrangler unlimited and the New Jeep Wrangler X 2026. I still think that the manager of New car sales should go above and beyond, trying to find someone else, instead of brushing me off. Veterans should be VIP all the time. Treating us with the respect we earned, goes long ways, as Veterans (in my case 37 years of service, Retired/100% disable) and as a Senior. I hope they keep on looking to finalize the original deal or better this time. I was a VIP client from the beggining with an 87k Jeep Gladiator.
Anthony in the service department was great. He kept me informed and the service people did a great job with my Jeep.
