I had a great car buying experience at Ferman Mazda! My rep, Charlie, was excellent and answered all of my questions and responded to my random questions via texting 24/7! They weren't pushy/forceful, I was able to guide the speed and particulars of the entire process. I'd recommend Ferman Mazda/Charlie to all friends/family!
