What Others Say

Spoke with Elvis on 9/18/25 about purchasing a Ford F150 Platinum and wanted the final, out the door (cash) price. He matched a photo I had that showed the truck at a lower rate than what was shown the day of. He insisted I finance so that he could work with me on a better price. After speaking with my husband, we decided to go ahead and finance. We got the preapproval from our bank, Chase, and went in the next day. We spoke with Drake (who had shown this vehicle to my husband a month or so ago). Drake immediately wanted for us to sign a credit application. After multiple times of telling him we did not need a credit application, we were there to get final pricing and taking the truck home. He not only told us the truck was not onsite because his manager has been driving it, but he also walked away from us when we refused to sign the application. Elvis, the sales manager, then came up to try and sell us on applying for financing through them. Again, we refused and consistently asked for a final, out the door price, and at this point, to see the truck. At this point, Drake walks back to apologize for walking away with attitude and told us he is sure "these guys" want to fire him and that they are applying pressure to him. He went on in detail on an event that had happened the day before. Elvis came back and continued to try and persuade for us to finance with them. At this point, I am done and want to leave. I asked for the purchase agreement and said we would run out to Chase to grab the check with the final amount and bring it right back. I requested that they have their General Manger return the truck, as we were wanting to take it home. He was visibly upset and as he gave us the agreement, pointed at my husband and said, "Just so you know, I've got a guy lined up and he might buy it if you walk out of here". We said we were literally running out to grab the check and allowing time for his GM to bring the truck back. No more than 10 minutes after driving out, he texted my husband saying someone had paid cash and the truck was no longer available. I responded asking for proof that the truck was in fact sold. otherwise, I'd be filing a report with the BBB. He responded with "I told you the truck might sell and you said it was fine so what's the issue?" Again, I asked if as of right now, the truck had been sold. No response. About an hour later, we get a call from who I assume was the GM to apologize and let us know this is not how they do business. He did say there was another customer interested and was in the middle of the financing part of the deal. None of that mattered because we were ready with both cash or financing and wanted to just leave with the truck. Today (9/19/25) my husband received a last text letting him know the truck was sold today. Which confirms we could have very well came right back and taken it home yesterday. For whatever reason, they didn't want to sell it to us and a complaint was filed with the Better Business Burau. This place turned out to be a joke. I am happy to provide the text messages to any customer who is considering purchasing here.

Paige was outstanding. I thought I’d just drive through the parking lot but instead I got out that was my first mistake. No, it wasn’t a mistake. I love the car. I love the service. I got all the way from Zack page anybody who is around that day, outstanding service and I appreciate that as an older gentleman and I love the car. Oh my God I love the car.
