The wait was a bit long. But everything clean and they had coffee and doughnuts
Never met John Whaley, but survey will not let me skip rating him. My experience at Stingray was great.
Well, they treated me better then dealership actually sold me my car less the 6months ago. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and updated on all repairs. Even gave me a loaner car both times I had to bring my car in. Keith, Krystal, Ray, Rachel, Tony! No actual complaint to the dealership
Would like to have Stingray to join GM and increased the Military Discount amount and a preorder discount. Their finance closing had numerious sections that made no sense for my transaction and took a lot of time for completion, as I read most of the minusa. It was all in favor or the seller and not much for the buyer. Very Sad!!!
I brought my C7 in for the triple flush and an 4-wheel anlignment.. I am extremely happy with how the service was completed! There was 1 small issue, but Eric was able to save it and made it right, so with that, I’m very pleased with my service.. Stingray has a lifetime customer now, due to how the issue was handled.. I’ll forever only do business with Stingray for my servicing and buying new vehicles.
