These three went above and beyond and saved me when most other dealerships would have just brushed me off and made me deal with it myself. If you guys need a car, i'd go there and see them. Why would I drive 85 miles to Phil Long to buy a new Forester...because I had an unsatisfactory exdperience at my hometown dealer. ai spoke to Chris Hamlin, the Sales Manager at Phil Long Subaru on the phone and he was right on with what he was able to do for me with product price and terms. I drove there and met Chris and he remained true to his word. He turned me over to his staff Geraldo and Roy who guided me through the purchase. They were both knowledgable and pleasant. Even when it was time to talk about extra options, no pressure. I had an excellent experience and I am very satisfied. It was more than worth the drive and everyone there was so nice. Did not seem too interested on making a deal on pricing or way under value my trade in of my Subaru Outback 2019 with extrremely limited mileage compared to Kelly Blue Book Plenty of room to make a deal as I would have compromised but seemed not interested in a reasonable comeback offer. Their loss !!!!!
