Took a long time for a simple software update, then I was told the update that they did may not be the latest one. Finally, they locked my keys in the car. Fortunately I know the key code on the door panel.
They listened to my problem. Diagnosed it. Fixed it. Catalyst failed. Fixed on warranty. I will buy another vehicle from them.
The sales part of the dealership is great. The service department has me questioning their attention to detail. I brought our one ton work truck in for it's first oil change and rotation. I was appreciative it was done quickly, but after the rotation, they never rechecked the tire pressures. One ton trucks have a 20 psi difference front to rear, and after leaving the dealer, my pressures were backwards. That means they never rechecked them after rotating them.
Very polite, efficient, and professional. We were very satisfied with Key Ford of Rockland’s service.
Hunter and Tyler were very helpful and pleasant to work . Financing was eager to sell different packages. Keith was knowledgeable and informative but my finances were limited
