Always great, fast and responsive!! I recently purchased another car for work and had a different dealership- the whole time I thought they were horrible because I am used to being so well taken care of by Heather and the team at Starling Buick GMC so much so I am ready to get rid of that car and get another Buick GMC- service and speed matter after the sale!
Jorge was a great sales consultant to work with. Easy going, excellent listener and genuinely interested in making the process easy. I had (as I’m sure most customers) specific features, color, interior, etc in mind and Jorge was able to find the exact vehicle at a sister dealership. Their out the door price combined with the specifics of their truck made the decision to purchase an easy one. The vehicle was transferred to Stuart within 24 hours and delivered to me the same day. Charlie in the finance office was impeccably well organized and the closing process was completed in minutes with a finance rate that far exceeded the rates from my credit union.
