Ren Lee, the General Sales Manager, is dishonest. He lied about the monthly payments for a vehicle, and each time we spoke to him or his salesman Justin Cannon, the price changed three different times. I will never understand why adults lie. If you want to do business with someone who is honest, then don't choose Thomasville Toyota.

Made arrangements to purchase 4 tires from their online website, scheduled an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment, asked if things were running close to on-time for my 11:00 appointment, the advisor indicated, YES. At 11:50, I asked the advisor if my car was nearing completion, he came back after about 5 minutes and told me my car was next in line to have tires mounted. I asked for my car back at this time and left. Folks were nice, but lied. Just tell the truth, and perhaps I would have understood and stayed. Communication is KEY to customer service anywhere....
