After negotiating with 2 other VW dealers I found Gunther VW using True Car. Gunther’s first offer was lower than the previous offers after back and forth negotiations with the previous dealers They made there first and best offer right away without me having to haggle with them like the first 2 dealerships. After seeing the offer from Gunther one of the first dealerships now said they would like an opportunity to match or beat the offer from Gunther. By this point, I just appreciated that Oscar from Gunther gave me the best price he could right from the beginning and the price didn’t depend on my ability to talk them down. Oscar showed me he was dealing in good faith and I didn’t bother to offer the other dealer to match. Gunther earned my business and I made the purchase today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They handled most of the paperwork before I arrived and all together it only took a little over an hour to close the deal and get the car detailed, fueled up and ready to go. The engine on my Mk7 Golf needed to be replaced and I did not want to spend the money for such a major repair so I was in the market for a new car. The technician, David, was super honest and respectful. He took care of my car and made sure to connect me with Jovana. Jovana made the whole process smooth. I was able to test drive my options and I told her I wanted a manual car. I saw nice 2026 black GLI at another Gunther and sent it to Jovana. Jovana went out of her way to have that car at the dealership the next morning ready for me. The manager made it his business to help me and offer great customer service.
