Despite a few little issues I had with my car in the beginning, Trevor listened to me, he was focused on solving the problem, and I am satisfied with the vehicle I purchased . Trevor has very good customer service skills and he is patient. He knows Wolkswagen's vehicles, and took the time to explore what I needed. The company should continue investing time and efforts to qualify this young seller.
