My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Volkswagen of New Port Richey in September of 2024. We had multiple issues with the vehicle from day 2. After attempting having it serviced multiple times we reached out to Wesley Copeland, sale manager to see what we could do. Long story short, Wes went above and beyond, reaching out to Volkswagen himself and working with them to help us find a reasonable solution. Today my wife and I left with a brand new 2025 vehicle and I couldn't say enough about how great Mr. Copeland and Volkswagen of New Port Richey are. They absolutely stand behind the products they sell and put the customer first. We were also assisted by Gali Balter who is one of the most product knowledgeable sales persons I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend Volkswagen of New Port Richey and Gali Balter, a knowledgeable and down to earth person that will not only help you find the car you are looking for but will also be able to teach you all of the ins and outs of the vehicle. I always buy new vehicles and had never had an issue in the past and when I did Volkswagen of New Port Richey really stepped up to make things right! An amazing team and great experience!

We’ve been looking for about 2 months and have been to almost a dozen dealers but just couldn’t find what we were looking for. They all wanted to push us into the car they wanted and we dealt with some very rude salespeople, putting down their competitors by name and they had very bad business ethics. Then finally we happened to stumble across a nice car online that led us to New Port Richey Volkswagon and were greeted by Joshua. He was very personable and honest. He was like, I hear what you’re looking for but I’m not too sure we can get you where you want, but let’s try. Well we went looking for a used car and left with a brand new 2024 Jetta! Joshua is honestly very easy to work with and extremely respectful for a car salesman. If you’re looking for an honest salesman who’s not going to pressure you or lie then Joshua is your guy, enjoy your Jetta! Oh and David in finance was awesome as well, very awesome duo when spending thousands of dollars!! Thank you Joshua and David, we will see you in two years!

My wife has been customer of VW of New Port Richey since we moved to FL in 2017. She has always been satisfied with the work. Recently, she went it for a n oil change and they said a number of things needed work. I was skeptical so I brought the car to friend who has worked on the cars for us previously. He supported everything they said needed work. I did save some money having him do the work however. I have wanted an EV for a while. Wasn’t too sure about the ID.4 but we got a fantastic deal on a 2023 lease and we love it! I strongly recommend VW of New Port Richey. If I had to name everyone we have had positive interactions with there, this review would be even more lengthy. Suffice it to say, EVERYONE was wonderful and treated us very well.

The value of a company is gauged when it changes lemons into lemonade. I had a 2 pm appointment for a battery change and it took much longer. The service writer, Justine, was on top it from start to finish and the service manager got involved when it became obvious I was getting antsy. They gave me a steep discount accompanied with profuse apologies. They earned my business. Well done.

Thanks to Steve my Service Man, Roger and his boss man, I have NO complaints with any repairs done in the 4 years I’ve been dealing with VW of NPR.. The people go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.. Tom C, Hudson
