I know that everyone does not have a good experience buying a car at a dealership, and I have been there myself. I was out looking for a "new" used car and Honda was my first stop of some cars I had looked at on-line. Long story short, it turned out to be the best experience I have had buying a car. Mike H. worked with me throughout the day. as did the managerial and administrative staff later. I was on a limited budget, but I might have been buying the best on the lot; I was treated respectfully and felt my needs and interests were taken into consideration. In the end, I came out with a car that I really like and never felt any twinge of regret afterward. I know that I will have this car for a long time and will enjoy it.
I took my car in for service. Alan Page went above and beyond. He replaced the battery for my extra fob for me, explained everything that needed maintanence for my car, and he looked at all my honda coupons to get me the best savings which all customers love. He also took my friend over to someone who would help her to look at new cars. That is the best service I have had in a long time. He went out of his way to accommodate.
I just purchased my fourth CRV from Honda of Ocala. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went there for service for my CRV and ended up trading it in and buying a new one. I was not planning on that but they made me a deal that I could not refuse. Ramy Tarawneh was my salesman and he was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Honda of Ocala and if you were planning on buying a car, make sure you ask for.Ramy Tarawneh.
Ramy was very helpful. We had not thought of trading in at this time, but he was helpful with facts comparing our 2017 CRV, without being pushy. He was there every step of the way from beginning to end, and has continued to help with questions. The process was long, but he made it as painless as possible. We would recommend Ramy to anyone wanting a great experience purchasing a car.

More fun than decent folks should be allowed to have! We traded our 2024 Ford F-150 for a 2026 Honda CR-V. Michael Lehman (aka Batman) was our sales person, while John Simms and Boston Fitzpatrick popped in and out of the office to lend a hand. During the five-or-so hours we spent haggling over the purchase we were treated to a consummate automobile purchase experience. These guys are the best, with Mike Lehman demonstrating a knowledge of how to sell a car that you will not encounter anywhere else. If you want to buy a car from a true, old-school, best-of-the-best sales person, Mike is your guy. Boston and John did what they could to keep the sale alive, and they are both skilled at what they do. All in all, the best deal is one that both the seller and the buyer are happy with. My wife and I are happy with our new Honda, and we are very pleased with the deal we were able to make with Honda of Ocala. My only regret is that I only need one vehicle. It would be fun to go back and buy another one!
